Naš autohtoni izolat sirutke proizvodi se izravno iz svježeg mlijeka pasterizacijom, nakon čega slijedi mikro i ultra filtracija na niskim temperaturama, a zatim pulverizacija u posebnoj komori za sušenje. Zahvaljujući ovom jedinstvenom postupku, struktura proteina je sačuvana u svom punom obliku i također ostaje bogata imunoglobulinom (antitijelom) i laktoferinom (dijelom vašeg imunološkog sustava). Što znači netolerancija na laktozu?

Laktoza, također poznata kao ""mliječni šećer"", složen je ugljikohidrat, što čini oko 2-8 posto sadržaja suhe tvari u mlijeku. Laktozu uglavnom trebamo tijekom ranog djetinjstva, pa stoga nije rijetkost da u odrasloj dobi vaše tijelo ne proizvodi enzim laktazu, potreban za razgradnju laktoze, što uzrokuje nepodnošenje laktoze. Okus vanilije preporučio je da počnemo isprobati ISO Whey Zero obitelj i nisam požalio!
